The top electric vehicle (EV) brands in the world include BYD, Tesla, SGMW JV, BMW, Volkswagen, Li Auto, Changan, Geely, Zeekr, Audi, XPeng, AITO, Chery, Ford, Buick, and Lynk & Co. BYD continued at record levels with 289,000 units in November, while Tesla delivered 174,000 units, 14% above the same period in 2022. SGMW JV finished in 3rd place, while BMW and Volkswagen had year-best results with 50,666 units and 47,116 units, respectively. Li Auto continued to grow, with over 41,000 registrations across the lineup. Changan hit a record month with around 39,000 units, while Geely delivered over 39,000 units. Zeekr’s performance has not yet allowed it to have a top 20 presence, but once the 007 secret agent lands, that will become just a matter of time.
