Polestar announces limited edition Polestar 2 BST edition 230

In its second limited-edition drop, Polestar announced on Tuesday the Polestar 2 BST edition 230. Building on its BST edition 270, released last year, the BST edition 230 focuses more on performance design.

The Polestar BST edition 230 will include:

Exclusive green Nebula exterior paint with optional black stripe
Microsuede upholstery and steering wheel inserts
The Plus Pack, Pilot Pack and Performance Pack
The same performance and chassis updates from the BST edition 270

Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath had this to say about the company’s latest EV:

Limited drops like the BST edition 230 allow us to explore colours, graphics and materials in faster and more creative ways.

Only 230 units will be produced for Polestar’s European and North American markets, with 60 units earmarked for the United States and Canada. The vehicle costs $96,000 Canadian and is available on a first-come, first-served basis via Polestar.com. If you are considering ordering, Polestar requires a $2,500 deposit to secure the vehicle.

The vehicles will be delivered in the third quarter of 2023.
