The luxury electric vehicle market has just gotten a little more stylish with the introduction of the Polestar 4. The second SUV in Polestar’s line-up, this electric performance SUV coupé is equal parts design and functionality. Offering the perfect blend of the aerodynamics of a coupé and the space of an SUV, the Polestar 4 is a brand-new breed of vehicle. Bringing to the production world design cues from their concept cars, this SUV is not only stylish but also the fastest Polestar production car to date.

The first thing that strikes you upon seeing the Polestar 4 is its exquisite design. The vehicle embodies the future and has a unique design trapezoidal theme at both the front and rear ends, with a smoother body design for improved aerodynamics. The overall design theme harks back to the sublime Polestar Precept concept car and so far, we can’t stop scrolling through the image gallery.
The Polestar 4 is a D-segment (large midsize) SUV coupé with a large body and a long, 2,999 mm wheelbase. It is constructed on the premium Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) developed by Geely Holding. The vehicle’s dimensions are 4,839 mm in overall length, 2,139 mm in width, and 1,544 mm in height. Due to its generous dimensions, the interior space is especially lavish, which is particularly noticeable in the rear. The seats have a reclining feature that creates an intimate atmosphere around the occupants.

The Polestar 4 was designed to provide its passengers with complete comfort by offering ample space, and comfortable seats. The cabin features a minimum of clutter with a 10.2-inch digital instrument panel and a large 15.4-inch central touchscreen infotainment system. As we’ve come to expect from Polestar, the 4 is upholstered in sustainable and recycled materials. There is also ample space for luggage in the rear, making the Polestar 4 ideal for those looking to travel long distances.
“With Polestar 4 we have taken a fundamental new approach to SUV coupé design. Rather than simply modifying an existing SUV, giving it a faster roofline and as a result, compromising elements like rear headroom and comfort, we have designed Polestar 4 from the ground up as a new breed of SUV coupé that celebrates rear occupant comfort and experience,” says Thomas Ingenlath, Polestar CEO.
