Audi has announced the pricing and range estimates for its 2024 SQ8 e-tron and SQ8 Sportback e-tron, mid-size electric SUVs competing against the BMW iX. The SQ8 e-tron is an upgraded version of the previous e-tron S, with a tri-motor electric powertrain and a quattro all-wheel-drive system. Its performance places it above the Q8 e-tron but below the high-performance RS-badged EVs. The SQ8 e-tron starts at $89,800, $1,600 more than the 2023 e-tron S, and the Sportback version costs $92,600. The upgraded Audi offers a 23% larger net battery capacity, covering 253 miles on standard 20-inch wheels and 218 miles on optional 22s.
