Hyundai is set to release its fastest street-legal vehicle, the IONIQ 6 N, as the brand expands its all-electric N models. The IONIQ 5 N, featuring up to 641 HP with N Grin Boost, combines Hyundai’s E-GMP platform with electrified “Rolling Labs” concepts. With N Launch Control and Grin Boost engaged, the IONIQ 5 can achieve 0-60mph in about 3.25 seconds. Hyundai is also working on an even higher-performance IONIQ 6 N, which is expected to hit showrooms by 2025. The IONIQ 6 N is based on Hyundai’s E-GMP platform and features a sleek, aerodynamic design. The IONIQ 6 N is expected to hit showrooms by 2025, with the RN22e concept also showing interest. The production version is expected to be even more powerful, with Hyundai aiming to release the IONIQ 6 N in two years.
