Emeya: Lotus sets reveal date for its Porsche Taycan rival

Lotus is set to unveil its first electric sedan, the Emeya, on September 7. It will feature LED daytime running lights, a deployable spoiler, and a 15.1-inch OLED centre screen running Lotus Hyper OS. The model will be underpinned by the same Lotus Premium electric vehicle architecture as the Eletre, supporting 92-120kWh batteries with an 800V electrical system. Lotus plans to launch an electric D-segment SUV in 2025 and an electric sports car in 2026.
