Edmunds has warned against purchasing the 2023 Fisker Ocean SUV due to its uncertain future. The car-buying site highlighted the issues with the Ocean, including warning lights, errors, and issues with the OS 2.0 software update. The Ocean’s dashboard, audio system, and e-motors were all found to be problematic. The 2.0 software fixed these issues but did not provide adaptive cruise control or a brake hold feature. The Ocean is currently available for fixed pricing as low as $24,999, but Edmunds advises against purchasing it. Fisker has withdrawn its financial guidance for the year and is now focusing on EV-focused sites like CH4RGE.
