The Audi A6 Avant e-tron is set to compete with the BMW i5 Touring in the electric executive wagon segment. This model will use the PPE construction, a VW Group-owned architecture for electric cars, which supports 800-volt technology. The A6 e-tron will feature split headlamps, a less flashy grille, taller window lines, and a less sporty back end. The sedan and wagon will share identical front-end designs and cockpit arrangements. The unveiling is expected in 2024.
