The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is an impressive electric car with a unique look and excellent technology. It follows the Ioniq 5, which was our 2021 Car of the Year. The Ioniq 6 uses the same Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) as the Ioniq 5, and has a sleeker, saloon shape and slightly sharper handling than its hatchback sibling.
It has a range of up to 338 miles and is powered by a 77.4kWh battery. The Ioniq 6 comes in two trim levels: Premium and Ultimate, and is well-equipped with standard features like 20-inch alloy wheels, two 12.3-inch displays, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, LED headlights, heated front and rear seats, and safety features.
