Tesla has announced a comprehensive facelift for its Model 3 in 2024, focusing on refinement and comfort. Over 50% of the model’s components have been updated in response to customer feedback, with the aim of improving ride comfort and reducing road noise. The model’s front features have been redesigned, with sleeker headlights and a reshaped bumper to reduce drag and boost efficiency. The rear features C-shaped rear lights, a new badge with ‘Tesla’ lettering, and redesigned rear lights. The interior has been upgraded with soft materials to feel more upmarket and dampen road noise.

The 15.4in touchscreen is now more responsive and the sound system on the Long Range has been upgraded. The new three-spoke steering wheel houses haptic buttons for controlling lights, indicators, wipers, and cruise control. The electric powertrain performance remains the same, with the Performance model expected to arrive later. Prices will only rise by £1000 to £2000, bringing the Model 3’s appeal to around £44,000.
