The 2025 Porsche Taycan, a global success with nearly 150,000 units produced, is set to be released in the USA in summer 2024. The automaker has updated the Taycan and its Cross Turismo variant with more features, power, range, quicker acceleration, faster charging, and fresh design elements. The base models and the Porsche Taycan Turbo range are now differentiated, with the halo model now boasting up to 938 horsepower, while both the rear-wheel-drive base Taycan and the 4S get a bump up to 402 and 455 hp, respectively. The Taycan also sees a 35% improvement in range. Rivals to the Taycan include the Audi e-tron GT, Tesla Model S, and Lucid Air range. The 2025 Porsche Taycan is expected to be priced between $99,400 and $118,500, with the Cross Turismo also set to arrive at the same time.
