Mercedes-Benz has introduced a cheaper EQS450 electric car, priced from $219,900 plus on-road costs, which is nearly $110,000 cheaper than the AMG EQS53 variant. The EQS450 is $5000 more expensive than the top-of-the-range AMG version of the smaller EQE sedan. It offers less power in exchange for longer driving range and is not as well-equipped as the flagship AMG version. Standard equipment includes 21-inch alloy wheels, AMG Line exterior styling, Digital Light adaptive LED headlights, a 12.8-inch touchscreen, 12.3-inch instrument display, heated and cooled front seats, and a panoramic glass sunroof.
