Kia America has revealed the 2024 EV9, a US-spec crossover SUV, with four trims: Light, Wind, Land, and GT-Line. The Light trim features LED lighting units, 19-inch alloy wheels, rain-sensing wipers, and acoustic front glass. The seven-seat crossover has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, infotainment system, and a 5-inch climate control display. The EV9 Light offers driver assistance systems, a 76.1 kWh battery pack, and a rear-mounted motor. The Long Range trim offers a six-seat interior and HomeLink connectivity.

The EV9 Wind trim offers a dual motor all-wheel drive system, a 99.8 kWh battery pack, and a dual motor all-wheel drive system. The EV9 Land trim offers a small cube LED headlight, an illuminated grille, and larger 20-inch alloy wheels. The EV9 GT-Line trim offers a self-leveling rear suspension, 21-inch wheels, and sportier seats with special badging. Pricing remains a mystery, but Kia plans to announce an advance reservation program for customers eager to own the first mainstream three-row EV SUV.
