The Kia EV9 is set to launch in Q4 2023, with a range of trim levels and battery sizes available. The EV9 features Kia’s next-generation Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and wireless phone charger. The EV9 offers Boost, a 5.0-second 0-60 mph time, and five unique lighting patterns. It also offers Remote Smart Parking Assist 2, a more sophisticated version of remote parking.

The EV9 is also a mobile power source with an Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) and V2L, with V2X potentially enabling the EV9 to return in-vehicle power to the grid. The EV9 is the second Kia model based on the E-GMP platform and features fourth-generation battery technology for improved energy density. The EV9 offers up to 7.8 inches of ground clearance and up to 5,000 lbs. of towing capacity for AWD versions. The EV9 will be assembled in West Point, Ga., beginning in 2024, making it the first Kia EV to be assembled locally.
