2023 Polestar 2 Review: Tesla Goon

The 2023 Polestar 2 is an electric vehicle that starts at $49,800 in the US and $56,250 in Canada. It offers two drivetrains: a single-motor setup with 228 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque, and a Long Range Dual Motor configuration with all-wheel drive. The Performance Pack is available as an option, increasing the EV’s output to 469 hp and 502 pound-feet.
The 2023 Polestar 2 has a stiffer suspension, manually adjustable Öhlins dampers, unique wheels and tires, and special paint colors. The interior design is lovely, with a Scandinavian look and a touch of Volvo-like design. The car is small, with a tight rear-seat area and limited trunk space. The option packages include blind spot monitoring and the Plus pack, which is a must-have for Canadian winters. Despite its attractive design, the 2023 Polestar 2 is not family-friendly and has limited availability in the US and Canada.
